Booking conditions

• A non-refundable deposit of £600 for each week booked will secure your reservation. This can be paid in pounds sterling or euros, by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Once the credit card payment has been accepted, or the funds have reached our bank account, your booking will be confirmed.
• We will confirm your booking, and receipt of deposit by e-mail. Please let us know immediately if there are any corrections needed.
• Full payment is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival in Méribel. This can be paid in pounds sterling or euros, and should be made by bank transfer or cheque payable to Will Sussman Méribel a/c. For your convenience, we accept different payments from individuals within your group. We can accept credit card payments but these will be subject to a 5% surcharge to cover the credit card payment charges.
• If full payment is not received following one reminder phone call, the booking will be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit.
• Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure need to be paid in full at the time of booking. This can be made by debit card, or by credit card with a 5% surcharge, or by cheque or bank transfer. Once the payment has been accepted, or the funds have reached our bank account, your booking will be confirmed.
• Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to departure, will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellation within 10 weeks of departure will result in loss of full payment, unless the chalet can be filled. The cost of the replacement rental charge will then be refunded to you.
• All personal belongings of the client and ski equipment hired by the client, are the sole responsibility of the client. We will accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
• Damage by the client to the chalet must be paid for at the time of the incident.
• Any claim by the client will be subjected to English Law, and will be limited to the value of any payments already made to, and accepted from the client.
• In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, due to matters within our control, you will be offered a full refund, or a suitable alternative week(s) in either Les Grands Sorbiers or Chalet Snowbel.
• If we have to cancel your booking due to matters beyond our control, such as force majeure – including war, civil strife and inclement weather – we will not be able to offer a refund.
• We cannot be held responsible for any delays you incur while travelling to Méribel. The accommodation will be held for you between the dates agreed at the time of booking.
• No pets please.
• Smoking on the balconies only.
• We have tried to be entirely accurate with all information given, but cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies. If there are any changes, we will notify you when you book.
• We strongly recommend all clients take out appropriate holiday insurance.
